Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
Delivery is free to UK orders over £50. For deliveries up to £49.99 there is a flat rate of £5.95. Where possible, we recycle packaging to keep costs down.
We mainly use Royal Mail and DPD for all our deliveries. We despatch parcels Monday to Friday. You should get your parcel a day or two after it leaves us. If you need your item in a hurry, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help.
During the COVID lockdown we are doing everything we can to keep deliveries running smoothly. So far we have not had any problems except additional delays - so it may be best to factor about a week for delivery, to be on the safe side.
Returns & Exchanges
We all change our minds! If you want to return or exchange anything you bought from us, online or in the shop, just get it back to us within 14 days for a full refund, excluding original delivery costs, or 28 days for credit. If you know your order number (on the receipt) it will help, but it's not the end of the world if not. Please return the items in their original condition (including any packaging).
If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us to arrange a replacement. Where like for like replacements are not available, a suitable alternative will be discussed, or a full refund will be given.
