Glass Water Scrambler
A glass water pourer is a simple way to add iced, sugared water to a shot of absinthe. Water should be added slowly in order to release the oils in the spirit, and this scrambler is rested on the rim of glass, filled with sugar (if using) and ice and then topped with water. The water dissolves the sugar and drips through the hole into the drink. It is recommended to add the water in low quantities to avoid over-diluting. You can add it, but you can't take it away!
Each piece is hand blown, and the hole is hand drilled using a diamond bit. This means each piece may vary slightly.
